Elliot Goldie

Tenor Elliot Goldie was born in Hawick in the Scottish Borders. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama on both Undergraduate and Opera courses. Elliot was the winner of the Inaugural Kathleen Ferrier Award in 1996. After leaving college he joined the chorus of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden where he was a member for 15 years performing roles under the batons of conductors such as Sir Antonio Pappano, Sir Colin Davies and Sir Mark Elder.

As well as Opera, Elliot has performed in many Musical Theatre productions including West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, South Pacific and Les Miserables.


Elliot also has a busy schedule singing at private and corporate functions across the country and has appeared at many Scottish events including The Scottish Proms at Glamis Castle, A Scottish Evening at The Royal Albert Hall and The London Gathering. Elliot is also a firm favourite at Burns Suppers and St Andrews nights and has performed at many throughout the UK. From Opera Houses and concert halls to stately homes, churches and marquees Elliot will cater for your musical tastes and with a voice which combines beauty and power in equal measure will give you a performance you will never forget!
